Job Description

We are seeking a service-oriented and proactive Service Captain and Junior Bartender to join our team. This hybrid role combines floor leadership responsibilities with bar support duties. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest experiences, supervise service staff during shifts and assist in bar operations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Welcome and attend to guests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally
  • Manage table reservations and seating arrangements
  • Support outlet manager in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to SOPs
  • Assist in maintaining bar inventory and stock replenishment
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Support in basic cocktail preparation and beverage presentation

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B service; prior bar experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards
  • Basic understanding of cocktails, spirits, and wine service
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
