Job Description:
Retail Merchandising Support
- Drive business growth and financial performance of assigned accounts/brands by assisting in sales tracking and basic financial analysis of business opportunities
- Manage marketing nominations by compiling and submitting product selections for campaigns and promotions
- Identify and implement process improvements and opportunities for innovation in merchandising and sales
Supplier Coordination & Support
- Negotiate for best front and back margin from suppliers
- Support in identifying and recommending product assortments to purchase based on supplier offerings, pricing, and stock availability
Pricing & Product Management
- Manage and maintain content products in online stores under your care
- Ensure optimal inventory level and minimise slow-moving stocks
- Conduct regular price checks to ensure competitiveness
- Support evaluation of cost of goods sold (COGS) for purchasing and margin review purposes.
Purchasing Operations
- Support the purchase order (PO) process and coordinate with internal teams for PO creation
- Track and follow up on open POs to ensure on-time delivery and fulfillment
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or diploma in any related discipline
- Interest in e-commerce, retail merchandising, or supplier operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
