We are looking for a high-energy, people person to join our front-of-house team. As a Service Associate, you aren't just taking orders-you are the face of our brand. You'll be responsible for ensuring every guest has a seamless dining experience, from the moment they walk in until they check out.

Guest Experience: Greet guests with a smile, manage seating arrangements, and provide personalized menu recommendations.
Service Excellence: Take accurate food and drink orders and serve them promptly while maintaining high standards of table service.
Operational Flow: Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of meals and manage peak hour rushes with composure.
Technical Savvy: Handle Point-of-Sale (POS) systems for ordering and payment processing (including digital payments like PayLah!/GrabPay).
Maintenance: Ensure the dining area is clean, sanitized, and organized at all times to provide a safe environment for everyone.
Upselling: Be knowledgeable about our daily specials and promotions to help drive sales through suggestive selling.
Experience: Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus, but we welcome fresh graduates or career switchers with a passion for service.
Communication: Fluent in English to interact with guests the ability to speak a second language is a bonus.
Soft Skills: A positive Main Character energy, a strong sense of urgency, and a team-player mindset.
Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for long periods and moving quickly in a high-traffic environment.
Availability: Willingness to work on a rotating shift, including weekends and Public Holidays.
