Job Description

We are seeking a commercially driven Service and Commercial Solutions Manager to support the growth of our healthcare automation business. This role focuses on maximizing customer value within our existing installed base by identifying opportunities for modernization, upgrades, service agreements, lifecycle management, and solution expansion. Working closely with customers and internal service, project, and solution teams, you will help healthcare providers optimize operations, strengthen long-term partnerships, and drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strong relationships with existing healthcare customers.
  • Develop account growth plans and identify opportunities for system upgrades, modernization, expansions, and service solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth through lifecycle services, maintenance agreements, and solution enhancements.
  • Engage customers to understand operational challenges and recommend value-based automation solutions.
  • Support commercial proposals, business cases, presentations, tenders, and contract discussions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused outcomes and long-term success.
  • Contribute market insights and support selected business development initiatives across Singapore and APAC.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in account management, customer success, business development, service sales, or commercial solutions roles.
  • Proven track record in growing customer relationships and developing opportunities within an installed-base or solution-driven environment.
  • Strong consultative selling, stakeholder management, and commercial negotiation skills.
  • Experience in healthcare, healthcare IT, medical technology, automation, capital equipment, or related industries is preferred.
  • Exposure to regional markets, channel partners, or distributor networks is advantageous.
