Job Description

Advise appropriate service/repair requirements to meet customer needs
Act as a key communication link between customers and workshop to assure responsiveness
Assist customers in checking-in and out of their vehicles from the workshop
Monitor job progress and update customers on repair status
Follow-up and ensure overall customer satisfaction with the work performed
Effectively handle multiple priorities, organise workload, meet deadlines and perform detailed daily record keeping and reporting
Always ensure to fulfill the task assigned by management
Provide excellent customer service to customers
Any other ad hoc duties assigned
