About the Role
At Carro Care, we deliver exceptional after-sales service experiences for our valued customers. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive a smooth, informed, and satisfying journey throughout their car ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact for customers on service and repair matters.
- Handle vehicle check-in/check-out, documentation, and service updates.
- Conduct test drives and identify potential vehicle issues with customers.
- Explain service procedures, intervals, warranties, and repair costs.
- Perform quality checks via Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI).
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve PDI-related issues.
- Provide admin and technical support during vehicle handover.
- Proactively follow up with customers and encourage reviews.
- Troubleshoot basic vehicle faults.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Service Advisor or customer-facing automotive role.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
- Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC, or Diploma (automotive field preferred).
- Strong communication, multitasking, and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
- Tech-savvy with basic computer literacy.

Additional Information
Location: Singapore
Work Schedule: 5.5 Days/week (Weekday + Saturday rotational duty)
Work Hours:
- Weekdays: 8:30 AM 6:00 PM
- Saturdays: 8:30 AM 12:30 PM
