Responsibilities:
. Perform test ride (bike)
. Provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations on motorcycle maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer needs.
. Schedule service appointments and coordinate with mechanic to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of service jobs
. Communicate with customers regarding service timelines, updates, and any additional repairs or maintenance needed
. Generate quotations, invoices and process payments accurately
. Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
. Any other duties as assigned by Manager
Requirements:
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
. Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
. Minimum class 2A license with 1 year riding experience
