Responsibilities
- Liaise and communicate with overseas suppliers to procure replacement parts and components efficiently
- Coordinate with shipping and freight agencies to manage and track incoming and outgoing shipments accurately
- Maintain precise administrative records, documentation, and correspondence to support operational transparency
- Support the service team by scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and handling daily operational tasks
- Follow up on orders and deliveries to resolve logistics or supply discrepancies promptly
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) to prepare documents and manage communications
- Ability to communicate professionally in spoken and written English with overseas contacts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
