As we prepare for our opening in Q1 2026, we are seeking passionate and service-oriented Waiters to deliver exceptional dining experiences, ensuring our hotel's high service standards and warm hospitality shine in a competitive hospitality landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and present menus
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
• Serve food and drinks promptly and according to service standards
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Handle bills, payments, and cash/card transactions accurately
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Upsell menu items, promotions, and specials when appropriate
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including side stations and cleaning

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an F&B Server or in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused attitude with a positive and professional demeanor

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Physical ability to stand for long hours and carry trays
