Responsibilities
Support end-to-end server infrastructure projects, including deployment, racking, cabling, and configuration in data centers.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot server hardware and related components.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Assist in product rollouts, validation testing, and performance reporting.
Provide client-facing technical support, manage service requests, and resolve hardware/OS compatibility issues.
Escalate complex cases while maintaining client communication and satisfaction.
Coordinate with vendors (e.g., Red Hat, VMware, HUAWEI) and cross-functional teams across APAC.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, guides, and knowledge base content.
Train service partners on troubleshooting and issue analysis.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
13 years data center experience.
Strong skills in server hardware installation and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Linux/Windows Server, VMware, and basic networking.
Customer-focused, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in fast-paced environments.
