The individual is required to have solid and up-to-date organic search tactics and will lead Verz SEO team to establish effective SEO plans and strategies to be aligned with the objective of the business to improve the company's and clients website search engine results including organic search rankings, qualified organic traffic, organic conversions, etc, execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify SEO trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI.
He/She will be part of day-to-day execution and maintenance of SEO strategies, including keyword research, analysis, portfolio management, and opportunity analysis. He/She will work closely with the developers and our Sales team to communicate technical and campaign details to our clients and implement the initiatives underlying the SEO strategy. The SEO expert will be responsible for the ongoing reporting of performance and evolution of the SEO strategy to achieve KPI's determined by the client and/or the Company.
Set and execute strategies to improve the organic rankings and search traffic
Onsite Optimization related to page titles, URLs, redirects, internal link structures, SEO Copy Editing, sitemaps review/maintenance
Keyword research to identify and discover new targeting keywords and explore content strategy
Monitor, track, and analyze ranking performance on an ongoing basis, and optimize SEO campaigns as necessary
Manage & report SEO performance and optimization efforts on an ongoing basis
Work with team to develop and execute site migration, content, and redirect strategies for large and complex websites
Keep abreast of the latest SEO tools and techniques, communicate learnings, and coach SEO coordinators in a mentoring role
Skilled in competitive analysis and identifying strategies both in On-Page & Off Page Backlink to facilitate our clients in optimizing their SEO keywords ranking
Collaborate with different teams, such as website management, content, UI design, and digital marketing team on execution of projects
Provide SEO analysis and recommendations on the structure of websites and web pages
Support Sales team in SEO pre-sales pitch with prospecting clients to explain SEO campaign strategies
Minimum 5 years technical SEO experience working with clients in different industries
Excellent Time Management And Communication Skills Required
Tactical/Technical implementation experience in working with multiple complicated sites and migration of sites
Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console tools
Experience working with technical SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMRush, and Ahref
Experience setting up, optimizing, and creating internal site search strategy
Understanding of HTML and CSS
Experience creating strategy or resolving SEO issues
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred
