Key Responsibilities
- Research and write accurate, insightful articles for print and digital formats.
- Conduct interviews with industry thought leaders, innovators, and suppliers to bring fresh perspectives to our content.
- Collaborate with editors, contributors, and industry experts to develop compelling stories.
- Translate technical concepts into content that is accessible and relevant to food industry professionals.
- Contribute to digital platforms including the website, newsletters, and social media.
- Stay informed on industry developments and emerging trends to inspire fresh editorial ideas.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a writer, preferably in trade, technical, or specialised publications.
- Strong background or genuine interest in food science, food technology, nutrition, or related fields.
- Exceptional research, writing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with digital media platforms - web, social media, and digital publications - is highly preferred.
