Senior/Warehouse Supervisor

To support the day-to-day supply chain or logistics activities of our customers which can cover end-to-end coordination, operations, including sea/air/land transport, its intermodal and the accompanying customs formalities and other documentations.

He/She is required to coordinate with Customers. Contractors, truckers and transporters to support the execution of these activities. He/She is also required to ensure Customs compliance and verify delivery documents if required. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Day-to-Day support of customers operation and requirements

• Supervise the depot workers to ensure smooth and efficient operation line within the warehouse, including the inbound and outbound of containers / cargos.
• To play a part in the operation line and perform work whenever required
• Basic troubleshoot of equipment
• Liaison party between the Customer and internal stakeholders 
• Look into processes improvements to increase the warehouse efficiency
• To communicate with the depot workers constantly and flag out any irregularity observed
• Maintain high standard of cleanliness & housekeeping of production/warehouse area.
• Observe safe warehouse practices and security
