Senior Warehouse Supervisor

Join us to lead our warehouse operations, ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate inventory management, and timely order fulfilment while fostering a safe and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

• Lead and develop the warehouse team while ensuring safety and SOP compliance.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through FIFO, stock control, and cycle counts.

• Investigate stock, quality, and customer issues, and prepare operational reports.

• Drive continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency, quality, and productivity.

Requirements

• NITEC/Higher NITEC or Certificate in Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• 2-3 years warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in a supervisory role.

• Valid forklift licence will be an added advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Work schedule: 5.5-days every week (Mon-Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat: 8.30am to 1pm)
