about the job
- Oversee the overall branch operations, including manpower planning, succession planning, and retention of top performers.
- Manage staff performance and development while ensuring strong operational control and full audit compliance.
- Ensure warehouse activities comply with company SOPs and drive continuous process improvements.
- Lead and execute implementation projects for new clients, and prepare regular operational reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) on sales, productivity, inventory, and budget performance.
- Monitor and manage operational costs to maintain efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure accurate daily cash collections, proper reconciliation of receipts, and timely follow-up on monthly payments.
skills and experience required
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
- Preferably 3-5 years of warehouse management experience
