On behalf of MAERSK TANKERS, MARPRO Group is looking for a Senior Voyage Manager for their office in Singapore.

You will report to the Head of Voyage Management of the company.

The job

The Senior Voyage Manager is responsible for delivering efficient and commercially optimized post-fixture operations and mentoring junior colleagues. The role acts as the primary operational point of contact for assigned customers and works closely with vessel masters, agents, terminals, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective voyage execution while maintaining high service standards.

Professional Qualifications

• Degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping, Logistics, Nautical Science, or a related discipline
• Min. 4 years of experience in voyage management, vessel operations, commercial shipping, or related maritime roles
• Solid understanding of charter parties, voyage optimization, bunker planning, freight and demurrage calculations
• Extensive experience in customer-facing operational or commercial roles
• Capable of driving growth of Voyage Management Service through value-added solutions
• Proficiency in IMOS, Sedna, Zero North, and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to identify operational improvement and cost optimization opportunities
• Previous sailing experience on LPG, LNG, or oil tankers will be an advantage
