Senior Visual/UI Designer

We are seeking a Senior Visual/UI Designer to craft user-centric and visually engaging digital experiences. You will play a key role in designing interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and brand consistency.

Your Responsibilities

• User Interface Design Develop intuitive and aesthetically appealing interfaces for websites and applications.
• Graphic & Visual Design Create icons, illustrations, and other UI assets, ensuring brand consistency.
• Responsive & Adaptive Design Design layouts that work seamlessly across various screen sizes and devices.
• Wireframing & Prototyping Build low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to test design concepts.
• UX Collaboration Work closely with UX researchers to understand user needs and improve user experiences.
• Style Guides & Design Systems Maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Usability & Accessibility Conduct usability testing and implement accessible design principles.
• Iterative Design Continuously refine and evolve designs based on user feedback and testing.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Visual/UI/Web Designer.
• Degree or Diploma in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing visually appealing and user-friendly UI designs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, or other industry-standard tools.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with developers and UX researchers.
• Knowledge of web and mobile technologies and their impact on design feasibility.
• Ability to stay updated on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, Responsive Web Design).
