Salary: S$3000-4000

Location: Singapore (Shimmer & Shine Beauty Salon, multiple outlets)

What You'll Do

. Plan, shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, Xiaohongshu) - end-to-end ownership.

. Manage social media accounts independently, grow followers & engagement.

. Capture authentic customer experiences and create engaging beauty content.

. Track performance (views, reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize.

What We're Looking For

. 3-5+ years of proven experience in video creation & social media management.

. Strong portfolio of viral/relevant content.

. Advanced skills in filming & editing (CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro).

. Creative, independent, results-driven.
