Housekeeping to maintain sufficient storage on EVS for News and on AVID for Current Affairs to ensure a seamless workflow
Quality assessments of Current Affairs weeklies/documentaries and transcoding them from Avid production system into central library Dalet system with IBS generated placeholders
Supporting 938 Radio News production with crossing of live interviews between the CNA and Radio studios
Setting up equipment for overseas bureaus loading Adobe software and user rights for Mac Books
Censorship of sensitive materials and keep track of usage rights issues and expiry dates of the wired sources to avoid monetary penalties
Management of local news and documentary rushes with metadata tagging for the availability of material for National Archive
Ensuring CA programs archives meets international requirements in audio tracks placement to secure a smooth sale of programs for Content Distribution and Sales
Asset management with detailed metadata for ease of research by journalists or producers
Overseas bureaus coordination on media transfer and archiving
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma preferably in a Mass Media Communication or related field
Strong understanding of the Digital landscape and innovation trends
Proven experience in media management, technical oversight, and people management
Understanding of cloud-based content management
Prepared to work irregular shift hours and weekends/public holidays
