We're seeking a future team member for the role of SeniorVice President / Director to join our POM Product Management team. This role is in Singapore.

Role Summary

You'll help shape and deliver FX-related product workflows spanning trading, execution, and payments, with a focus on building AI-first capabilities that improve client outcomes and operational efficiency across Asia. This is a hands-on product role for someone who can translate real client needs into production-ready product experiences: defining the problem, partnering closely with engineering and data teams, running experiments, and iterating with clear success metrics. The successful candidate will be commercial and client-facing, but equally comfortable going deep on data, APIs, and modern AI/ML approaches in a global, matrixed organization.

Commercial Product Leadership & Client Engagement

  • Partner with Sales, Trading, and clients to identify high-impact FX execution and payment problems, translating them into clear product hypotheses and measurable outcomes.
  • Engage institutional clients as a product partner—running structured discovery (workshops, journey mapping, rapid prototypes) to validate execution, liquidity, hedging, and payment needs.
  • Co-design solutions with Technology using modern product practices (PRDs, user stories, iterative releases), including AI-assisted workflows and automation for complex FX journeys.

Workflow Definition & Product Development

  • Define and enhance end-to-end FX workflows, from pre-trade through execution, settlement, and post-trade.
  • Design and deliver AI-enabled solutions (including LLM/agentic patterns where appropriate) with strong controls, evaluation metrics, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Translate business and client needs into a roadmap with clear milestones, experimentation plans, and measurable KPIs; partner with engineering to ship iteratively.
  • Leverage data, automation, and AI to improve execution quality, scalability, transparency, and client experience—instrumenting products end-to-end to enable continuous learning.
  • Represent product priorities in regional and global forums, balancing local needs with platform strategy and delivery capacity.

Scaling, Governance & Execution

  • Partner with Operations, onboarding, risk, and compliance teams to ensure scalable, well-controlled product deployment.
  • Establish and manage service level agreements (SLAs) with internal and external partners to support business growth.
  • Ensure Sales and Trading accountability for product input, adoption, and commercialization.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to regional leadership and global partners.

Global Collaboration & Regional Expertise

  • Work closely with global product managers to ensure consistency of core platforms while addressing Asia-specific FX market dynamics.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise on Asian FX markets, including liquidity patterns, client behavior, and regional considerations.
  • Act as a key connector between regional stakeholders and global product, technology, and strategy teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Typically 8–12 years of experience in FX markets, trading technology, or product management, with a practical understanding of the front-to-back FX trade lifecycle.
  • Experience working directly with clients and front-office partners to discover needs, define MVPs, and deliver outcomes (adoption, revenue, risk reduction, and improved client experience).
  • Solid understanding of electronic FX execution and modern platform concepts (APIs, workflow orchestration, observability, and data-driven decisioning).
  • Data science / machine learning foundation: ability to work with data scientists and engineers on problem framing, feature/label definition, offline/online evaluation, experiment design (A/B or quasi-experiments), and ongoing model monitoring/drift is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver cross-functional initiatives with Technology, Data, Operations, Risk, and Compliance using iterative delivery (agile/lean), clear documentation, and strong operating cadence.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and align global and regional partners.

Preferred / Differentiating Experience

  • Experience in or strong familiarity with Asian FX markets.
  • Experience with LLM-enabled product patterns (prompting, RAG, tool use/function calling, agent evaluation) and partnering with engineering/data science to productionize safely; familiarity with applied ML techniques relevant to markets (e.g., time-series features, anomaly detection, forecasting) is a plus.
  • Experience supporting regional business growth within a global product framework.
  • Some familiarity with FX derivatives/structuring concepts is helpful, but we're open to candidates who bring strong product and AI delivery experience and can learn quickly.
