Job Description

Appier is seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded Senior Vice President Sales to lead worldwide revenue growth for our advertising cloud solutions business. This executive will own the end-to-end commercial strategy across new business acquisition, strategic account management, client expansion, and global partnerships.

The ideal candidate combines advertising technology expertise, sales leadership and customer relationship excellence. You will lead high-performing regional sales and account management teams while building long-term relationships with global advertisers, agencies, publishers, and technology partners.

This role requires a leader who can operate at both strategic and operational levels - shaping global go-to-market strategy while also engaging directly with C-level stakeholders to close and grow transformational deals.

Key Responsibilities

Global Revenue Leadership

Own and drive global revenue targets across Ad Cloud products and services.

Develop and execute the worldwide go-to-market and growth strategy.

Identify emerging market opportunities and expand into new regions and verticals.

Build predictable sales pipelines and oversee forecasting accuracy.

Lead strategic sales initiatives with advertisers, agencies, brands, publishers, and ad tech partners.

Negotiate complex agreements and long-term commercial partnerships.

Drive consultative selling approaches focused on customer business outcomes.

Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to position differentiated Ad Cloud solutions.

Strategic Account Management

Oversee global account management strategy for key enterprise customers.

Build executive-level relationships with strategic clients and partners.

Ensure strong customer retention, expansion, upsell, and satisfaction metrics.

Lead cross-functional account planning and business review processes.

Team Leadership & Organizational Development

Build, mentor, and scale high-performing global sales and account management teams.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and customer obsession.

Establish clear KPIs, compensation structures, and performance management practices.

Coach leaders on executive presence, negotiation, and enterprise relationship management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.

Provide market insights to influence product roadmap and innovation priorities.

Align regional strategies into a cohesive global operating model.

Market & Industry Leadership

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive forums.

Maintain deep understanding of advertising technology, cloud platforms, AI, data solutions, privacy regulations, and digital media trends.

Monitor competitor landscape and evolving customer needs.

Qualifications

Required Experience

15+ years of experience in sales, account management, product management or commercial leadership within:

Advertising Technology

Cloud Platforms

Digital Media

MarTech / AdTech / SaaS

5+ years leading global or regional sales organizations.

Proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue targets.

Experience managing large strategic enterprise accounts and global partnerships.

Demonstrated success selling complex technology solutions to C-level stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with:

Programmatic advertising

Retail media

Data & measurement platforms

AI-driven advertising solutions

Cloud infrastructure and SaaS ecosystems

Strong understanding of global advertising and media ecosystems.

Experience operating across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
