Senior Vice President, Investment and Asset Management

A prominent global real estate player is seeking an accomplished Senior Vice President, Investment and Asset Management to drive investment strategy, portfolio performance and sustainable value creation across its platform.

Responsibilities

You will lead investment and will lead asset management strategy across a diversified international real estate portfolio, with accountability for business plan delivery, operating performance, value creation and investment returns. The role will develop asset-level strategies, drive leasing and repositioning initiatives, optimise income and operating costs, oversee capital expenditure and manage hold-sell decisions. You will monitor budgets, valuations, financing requirements and portfolio risks, while challenging property managers and operating partners to improve performance. You will also manage joint venture relationships, present portfolio updates to senior leadership and investment committees, support selected acquisitions and disposals, and lead a high-performing regional asset management team.

Requirements

You will bring at least 20 years of real estate investment/asset management experience, supported by sound investment judgement and a proven record of enhancing portfolio performance. To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate strong commercial and financial acumen, operational insight, regional leadership and the ability to influence partners across complex global portfolios.
