About the Opportunity
A well-established fund services firm is strengthening its client services team in Singapore with a senior hire at Senior Vice President level.
The team services institutional real assets and real estate fund clients, and is investing in senior talent to manage and grow those relationships from day one.
The Role
As Senior Vice President, Client Services, you will:
- Own senior client relationships across a portfolio of real assets and real estate fund clients, acting as the main point of contact, including a key institutional client account.
- Lead the onboarding of new fund clients end to end, from take-on through to steady-state delivery.
- Bring hands-on real assets and real estate fund accounting and fund administration knowledge to oversee the accuracy and quality of client deliverables.
- Partner with internal operations, tax, and compliance teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Support client retention through strong service and trusted advice.
What Makes You a Fit
- Extensive experience in fund administration or fund accounting, ideally gained at a fund administrator or within an asset manager.
- A track record of managing senior client relationships and leading client onboarding.
- Strong technical grounding in real assets and real estate fund accounting.
- Based in Singapore or eligible to work in Singapore.
- Comfortable operating at a senior, client-facing level with autonomy.
