Senior Venture Architect Commercial/Product Job Description

Wright Partners is growing! We are currently looking to add to our teams across multiple SEA locations, including the Philippines, by hiring Senior Venture Architects to play a hands-on role in building the companies of tomorrow.

As a Senior Venture Architect, you will get exposure to managing a team on building end-to-end venture creation and contribute significantly to the success of the venture you work on within a team of specialists. Individuals who tend to succeed in this role are curious by nature, like to take ownership, and have the drive to make a significant impact through their actions.

Roles & Responsibility

• Manage end-to-end entire streams of Venture design.
• Ensure the quality of work of the Venture Architect on activities related to the Sr. Venture Architect streams.
• Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them.
• Analyze the market's value chain, cost structure, and profit pools.
• Develop a business model that delivers outsized value to the customers.
• Create and have a go-to-market plan.
• Develop prototypes and work through agile product iterations
• Specify product specifications.
• Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them
• Establish trust-based relationships with business partners to serve the venture.

Requirements

• A degree in a technical or professional field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related disciplines) is advantageous.
• Min. 4 years of work experience as a Strategy Analyst or Senior Consultant of Product (hands-on experience in hardware/software development).
• Experience or involvement in the end-to-end development of a new product (software or hardware), from concept to commercial launch.
• Proven experience in executing projects from ideation to execution.
• Skilled in commercial strategy, product management, market sizing, go-to-market strategy, and monetization.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous and ever-changing situations.
• Based in Singapore
