Job Summary
Join Motoserv as a Senior Vehicle Mechanic and be part of a forward-looking workshop network. You will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work across a wide range of vehicles, while benefiting from structured training, technical support, and exposure to modern automotive technologies including hybrid and EV systems.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools to ensure accurate problem identification
- Perform routine maintenance such as engine oil servicing, brake replacement, and tyre rotation to maintain vehicle performance
- Repair or replace faulty components including braking systems, engines, and suspension parts
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and recommend effective repair solutions
- Maintain accurate service records for quality assurance and customer transparency
- Adhere to safety and quality standards in all work performed
- Stay updated with latest automotive technologies, especially in hybrid and EV systems
- Work closely with team members and workshop management to ensure efficient operations and high service standards
Required Competencies & Certifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive repair or servicing
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced workshop environment
Preferred Competencies & Qualifications
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with both mechanical and electrical vehicle systems
- Experience or willingness to learn hybrid and EV technologies
- Team player with strong attention to detail
