Senior UX/UI Research/Developer

. Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science/IT, Engineering or equivalent.

. Must have minimum 6-8 years of experience in UX Research with minimum 4-6 years of experience in qualitative research methods including both traditional and modern approaches

. Must have experience in qualitative methods and qualitative analysis techniques - thematic analysis and affinity mapping & producing deliverables - service design blueprints, journey maps, and process flows.

. Experience in defining research objectives to support the entire product lifecycle and applying user insights and synthesise timely insights into coherent, actionable deliverables

. Experience collaborating with Product, Tech, Data, and Business partners and strong understanding of product design processes and emerging technologies.

. Good to have experience with design and prototyping tools(e.g., Figma) and AI-augmented research methods and tools

. Good to have experience with quantitative research methods(e.g., surveys, A/B testing, product analytics, CSAT)

. Good to have experience working in Agile environment

. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
