Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Senior User Growth & Monetisation Manager to lead user lifecycle strategy, VIP monetisation, and community-driven growth initiatives across our global gaming products. This role owns end-to-end user value optimisation, driving retention, engagement, and revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. User Growth & Lifecycle Ownership
- Own and drive end-to-end user lifecycle strategy (acquisition, retention, reactivation, monetisation).
- Develop segmentation frameworks and personalised engagement strategies to maximise user LTV.
- Lead experimentation initiatives (A/B testing, cohort analysis) to optimise growth performance.
2. VIP Monetisation Strategy
- Own VIP user strategy and monetisation performance, including high-value user engagement and retention.
- Design and optimise VIP benefits, rewards systems, and spending incentives.
- Translate VIP insights into product and monetisation improvements.
3. Community-Led Growth & Creator Ecosystem
- Own and scale community-driven growth channels (Discord, social, creator programs).
- Lead creator/influencer ecosystem strategy to drive organic acquisition and engagement.
- Build scalable frameworks for UGC and community contribution systems.
4. Data-Driven Decision Making
- Define and track KPIs including retention, ARPU, LTV, conversion rates.
- Use data tools (SQL, BI tools, GA) to generate insights and guide strategic decisions.
- Drive continuous optimisation through performance analysis.
5. Cross-functional Leadership
- Work closely with Product, Game Design, and Marketing teams.
- Act as the voice of high-value users, influencing roadmap and feature priorities.
- Lead initiatives across regional/global markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 4-6 years of experience in user operations, growth, CRM, or gaming operations
- Proven experience managing VIP users and driving measurable engagement or revenue impact
- Experience building or scaling community or creator ecosystems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data tools (SQL / BI / GA)
- Experience working with global markets or cross-regional teams
