Senior User Experience Designer

We're partnering with a leading enterprise technology environment supporting large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure across Singapore. This is an opportunity to work on complex hybrid IT systems with strong governance, structured processes, and exposure to enterprise-grade operations.

We are hiring for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join a large-scale digital transformation project with a leading technology consulting environment in Singapore.

This role is ideal for designers who enjoy solving complex enterprise and government-scale workflow challenges through intuitive and scalable digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design activities from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and implementation support

• Design and maintain scalable Design Systems, component libraries, templates, and documentation

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions

• Improve developer and enterprise platform experiences through strong usability and interaction design practices

• Establish UX standards, design guidelines, and best practices aligned with large-scale digital platforms

• Contribute actively to design innovation, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team

Requirements:

• Min 5+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience

• Strong experience with Figma and modern design tools

• Proven experience building and managing Design Systems

• Experience working on enterprise, large-scale, or government-related digital platforms

• Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, usability testing, and stakeholder management

• Familiarity with Agile environments and cross-functional collaboration

• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Singapore Government Digital Service Standards (DSS)

• Experience designing developer platforms or workflow-heavy enterprise applications
