Responsible for the design and maintenance of the company's multi-platform design component library, including Web, iOS, iPadOS, and Android, ensuring consistency of design standards;
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to implement the design component library, optimizing brand consistency, technological innovation, and user experience;
Participate in design reviews to ensure deliverables align with product positioning and maintain high standards of design quality and consistency;
Continuously refine interaction logic within the component library to improve design efficiency and empower business teams to deliver effectively.
Qualifications
Educational background in Industrial Design, Information Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or related fields (degree not mandatory, skills prioritized);
Some hands-on experience in interaction design (through coursework, internships, competitions, or projects) and ability to provide a portfolio demonstrating professional capability;
Familiar with mainstream design guidelines (e.g., Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines) and capable of multi-platform design adaptation;
Strong logical thinking, detail-oriented, with sharp insights into user experience and ability to refine interaction details;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with product and development teams to drive design solutions;
Keen awareness of design trends and technological innovations, with a passion for continuous learning and the internet industry;
Prior experience in building design systems/component libraries or internships at large internet companies is a plus.
Nice-to-Have
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and basic understanding of front-end development (e.g., HTML/CSS);
Cross-platform design experience with the ability to balance interaction differences across systems;
Understanding of data-driven design and ability to optimize the component library based on user feedback.
