Senior UI/ UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and experienced Senior UI / UX Designer to join our growing design team. In this role, you will lead the design and user experience strategy for Taidii's web and mobile applications, creating intuitive and impactful digital experiences that support early childhood education.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into user-centric solutions while driving design consistency and innovation across our platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and enhancement of UI/UX for Taidii's web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define and improve user journeys and experiences.
• Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard design tools.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to identify user pain points and improve product usability.
• Establish and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and design consistency across platforms and devices.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and contribute to design best practices within the team.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and industry best practices to drive continuous innovation.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design improvements.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UI/UX projects and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile or fast-paced product environments is an advantage.
• Prior experience in EdTech or SaaS products is a plus.
