UI Engineer to join their team in

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications that support business operations at scale.
- Create reusable front-end frameworks, libraries, and components to accelerate development across multiple products.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver user-centric solutions that solve complex operational challenges.
- Translate user requirements into intuitive, efficient, and scalable application designs.
- Drive improvements in system performance, code quality, and application reliability.
- Establish and promote front-end development standards, tooling, and engineering best practices.
- Support platform modernisation initiatives and contribute to the evolution of strategic technology products.
Requirements
- Expert-level knowledge of React and TypeScript.
- Experience building complex web applications in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, application design patterns, and front-end engineering principles.
- Experience working with APIs and distributed systems.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges while balancing usability and performance.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a user-focused approach to product development.
- Experience in highly technical, fast-paced, or data-driven environments would be beneficial.
