Assist Tunnel Manager to plan, schedule the manpower and machineries.
Ensure projects are delivered successfully in good quality and on time.
Supervise subordinates to complete the operations in a safe manner.
Collaborate with internal team and external parties to determine project needs.
Monitor and report on project progress.
Resolve on-site issues and emergencies.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements
Master's Degree in Construction or equivalent
At least 11 years of engineering experience in construction industry. Of which 3 years must be in construction supervision of tunnelling works of similar scale, complexity and nature of work.
Experienced with, and including, the assembly of Tunnel Boring Machine, pipe jacking works, preparation of shaft and bentonite, underground excavation works.
