Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) client relationships, including families, entrepreneurs and private clients
- Oversee the administration of trust structures, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, intermediaries, and advisors (lawyers, bankers, tax professionals)
- Review trust documentation, distributions, and ongoing structuring requirements
- Work closely with internal teams on onboarding, AML/KYC, and periodic reviews
- Support business development efforts by maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in trust administration, fiduciary services, or private wealth
- Strong understanding of trust structures, governance, and Singapore regulatory requirements
- Proven experience managing client relationships independently
- STEP qualification (or working towards) is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage directly with clients and stakeholders
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Work closely with internal teams, including legal, compliance, and operations, to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Educate clients on trust services, processes, and benefits, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their trust arrangements.
