Senior Treasury Officer

What You'll Do:

- Oversee daily cash and liquidity management, ensuring optimal cash positions across both fiat and crypto accounts.

- Execute seamless settlement of operational payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all transactions.

- Conduct bank reconciliations, swiftly resolving discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy.

- Collaborate with banking partners, payment service providers (PSPs), and OTC counterparties to streamline settlement processes.

- Work closely with internal teams (operations, finance, trading) to develop and execute funding plans aligned with business needs.

- Monitor account balances and risk thresholds, managing hedging and rebalancing for key treasury accounts.

- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while ensuring strict adherence to internal controls.

- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support decision-making and internal reporting.

- Contribute to ad-hoc projects, including system enhancements, process automation, and new product launches.

- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in crypto payments and exchange settlement flows.

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

- Around five years of treasury or settlement experience.

- Deep knowledge of crypto and fiat settlement flows, payment networks, and wallet management is preferred.

- Proven experience in banking operations, reconciliation processes, and PSP/OTC coordination.

- Exceptional organizational skills, with a sharp eye for detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.

- Familiarity with treasury or payment systems is a plus.

- Fluency in English and Mandarin to engage with global stakeholders.
