As we scale globally, we are seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to strengthen our regional treasury capabilities and support strategic financial decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee business cash operations, cash concentration, and bank account management across subsidiaries to ensure optimal liquidity.
- Manage short- and long-term cash flow forecasting, developing financial models to project cash needs and support funding decisions.
- Act as primary contact for banks, negotiating credit facilities, and managing foreign exchange (FX) and interest rate risk.
- Implement Treasury Management Systems (TMS) to automate operations and enhance financial reporting.
- Design treasury policies, internal controls, and present treasury reports on liquidity, debt, and cash management metrics to senior management.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidates we are looking for should be seasoned Treasury Management Professionals with:
- Degree in Finance, Banking, Accountancy or a related field.
- Extensive experience in corporate treasury, banking, or corporate finance, often requiring expertise in MNC, regional, or complex entity structures.
- Strong financial modelling skills and data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with proven ability to work effectively across cultures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on creating compliant solutions for regional challenges.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable working through ambiguity.
