The primary responsibilities include -
- Monitor and manage cash positions - prepare and execute wire transfers, ensuring accuracy, control and appropriate authorization.
- Support monthly/quarterly settlement of intercompany balances.
- Support investment reporting for global cash, reserve cash, and strategic investment portfolios.
- Support with preparing SOX workpapers.
- Maintain banking infrastructure by opening and closing bank accounts while updating signatories when appropriate.
- Provide support to Asia regional finance teams by answering Treasury related questions or resolve issues that come up when the US Corporate team is not available.
- Participate in other projects and initiatives to improve processes as required.
- Assisting in the administration of Lam's treasury workstation and banking platforms.
- FX exposure analysis and assistance with.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field MBA a plus.
- 2-4 years of corporate treasury experience or 1-2 years of public accounting.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines/priorities.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in SAP preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint is required.
