Senior Travel Advisor

Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time

Industry: Luxury Bespoke Travel / Premium Hospitality / VIP Client Advisory

We are supporting a boutique luxury bespoke travel company in Singapore to hire a Senior Travel Advisor.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building trusted relationships with affluent clients and designing highly personalised travel experiences. It is not a pure hunting role. The successful candidate will work on incoming leads, existing clients, and referrals, with a strong focus on client servicing, consultation, itinerary design, and end-to-end travel support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full client journey from first enquiry to bespoke itinerary design and on-trip support.
  • Engage affluent and HNW clients to understand their preferences, travel style, expectations, and lifestyle needs.
  • Design detailed, creative, day-by-day travel itineraries tailored to each client.
  • Provide thoughtful recommendations across luxury hotels, destinations, gourmet, wine, wellness, culture, and lifestyle experiences.
  • Handle client servicing before, during, and after travel to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Work on incoming leads, existing client relationships, and referral opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal team members by sharing client insights, market knowledge, destination updates, and travel intelligence.
  • Stay updated on luxury travel trends, hotel openings, destination developments, and premium lifestyle experiences.
  • Support clients across different time zones, including occasional evenings and weekends during active trips.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in luxury travel, premium hospitality, VIP concierge, lifestyle management, luxury client servicing, or equivalent client-facing advisory roles.
  • Proven experience serving affluent or HNW clientele.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury hotels, destinations, bespoke experiences, and premium lifestyle categories.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly service-driven.
  • Strong client management skills with the ability to build long-term trust and relationships.
  • Balanced commercial mindset. Being able to identify client needs and convert enquiries, while ensuring strong service quality.
  • Curious, adaptable, and able to respond quickly when travel plans or client needs change.
  • Comfortable working across different time zones and supporting clients outside standard office hours when required.
