2. Develop and optimize training coursescovering ancient gold craftsmanship expertise (gemstones, techniques, design,brand heritage), service artistry and sales techniques for high-net-worthclients, operational procedures, and safety protocols.
3. Organize and implement trainingprograms, including new employee onboarding, product & craftsmanshipknowledge training, and sales skill enhancement, ensuring high-qualitydelivery.
4. Establish, maintain, and update thetraining knowledge base (product materials, service standards, sales guides,etc.), ensuring the accuracy, usability, and brand consistency of trainingresources.
5. Assist in client service reception andrelationship maintenance, including for VIC customers.
6. Assist in daily store operationalmanagement tasks.
