Develop programmes/materials/methods through identifying of training needs and provide trainings to all business segments within CFS and across regions.
Job Responsibilities
Develop training materials, e-learnings and enhance the skills set and product knowledge for new and existing frontliners. This includes collaborating with the line supervisors and business segments in the identification of service training needs through gap analysis.
Provide training to the frontliners and business segments as well as training support to the branches through branch visits.
Conduct product knowledge refresher via regular quizzes.
Ensure work is in compliance with regulatory and internal policies and processes. Collaborate with stakeholders of respective business units and Quality Assurance team to ensure that training material/programmes are in compliance with regulatory and internal policies/processes.
Provide support of initiatives and programmes for internal and external clients through hosting and conducting financial literacy for local communities.
Provide support to business units in digital trainings (e.g. development of e-learnings.)
Improve processes through the development of digital tools.

Job Requirements
A recognized bachelor's degree in business, banking and finance and related fields.
At least 5 years of relevant banking and investment experience.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact and effectiveness.
Ability to work in a collaborative and multi-disciplinary framework.
Great training aptitude and teaching capabilities.
Good powerpoint and time management skills. Only shortlisted candidates will be identified.
