Job Summary
Lead quality assurance efforts by executing manual and automated testing using industry tools and methodologies to ensure software reliability and performance in agile environments.
Responsibilities
- Apply manual and automated testing techniques to validate software functionality and performance in agile projects
- Utilize SQL Server, DB2, SOAP UI, XML, and JIRA to design, execute, and track test cases and defects
- Operate Selenium WDIO, Selenium GridHub, and WebPack to develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver high-quality software products
- Document detailed testing procedures to ensure reproducibility and compliance with QA standards
- Conduct retesting of software after bug fixes to verify resolution and maintain program stability
- Build and test frameworks for consumer-facing applications and APIs to enhance test coverage and efficiency
- Apply strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes to improve testing effectiveness
