Senior Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities

. Design and execute test plans for electronics and power electronics products, including hardware and embedded software.

. Develop test setups, automation scripts, and validation methodologies to ensure product quality, reliability, andcompliance.

. Collaborate closely with R&D teams to identify issues, drive corrective actions, and support product lifecycle improvements.

. Improve testing efficiency through new technologies, automation, and process enhancements。

Key Requirements

. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline with 2-5 years of relevant experience.

. Hands-on experience in hardware and firmware testing using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and power supplies.

. Familiarity with test automation tools such as Python, LabVIEW, PyQt, or similar.

. Experience with industrial communication protocols(e.g. MODBUS, CAN, PMBUS) EMC, safety, or high-power testing experience is aplus.
