About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join a dynamic engineering team, supporting product development and validation activities within a regulated environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality, compliance, and performance through robust testing strategies across the full product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, protocols, and reports for design verification, validation, and process characterization
- Design and implement automated and manual testing (functional, performance, regression)
- Drive Design Verification & Validation (DV&V) activities in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g. IEC, FDA, GMP, ISO)
- Define and consolidate product requirements from functional, performance, and regulatory perspectives
- Conduct benchmark testing to evaluate product competitiveness and quality
- Develop, validate, and optimize test equipment, fixtures, and methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Manufacturing) on feasibility testing and product development
- Liaise with external test laboratories and vendors to support testing activities and data collection
- Participate in risk management and failure analysis activities (e.g. FMEA)
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate issue tracking systems
- Communicate risks and findings clearly to stakeholders and management
- Prepare and present comprehensive test reports to project teams
