Job Description

Our client is hiring a Senior Technology Partnerships Manager to own and scale a portfolio of strategic tech partners across products, platforms, and gotomarket motions. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who enjoys shaping ecosystem strategy while staying close to execution and relationships.

Role focus

  • Lead the full lifecycle of technology partnerships: identify, evaluate, negotiate, onboard, and grow relationships that deliver clear product and commercial outcomes.
  • Translate business priorities into a focused partner strategy, building an ecosystem that extends the product, unlocks new use cases, and drives revenue or adoption.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key partners, managing executive relationships and driving longterm, winwin collaboration.

What you will do

  • Source and qualify potential technology, platform, and ISV partners that align with our client's roadmap and customer needs.
  • Lead complex deal cycles from early exploration through to commercial and technical agreement, working closely with internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Commercial, Legal, Marketing).
  • Shape joint value propositions, integration approaches (including APIs and product workflows), and launch plans that make it easy for customers to adopt combined solutions.
  • Define success metrics for each partnership and run regular reviews on performance, pipeline, and roadmap alignment with both internal teams and partners.
  • Champion partner needs internally, feeding insights back into product strategy, market positioning, and gotomarket plays.

What you bring

  • Significant experience (typically 7+ years) in technology partnerships, alliances, business development, or a closely related partnerfacing role.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling strategic tech partnerships that delivered measurable impact (e.g. revenue, adoption, product differentiation).
  • Strong grasp of modern technology ecosystems, including platform plays, integrations, and APIdriven products.
  • Experience working in highgrowth environments such as startups, venture capitalbacked companies, or toptier consulting firms is strongly preferred, given the need to navigate ambiguity and build from zero to one.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and handson levels: comfortable in Csuite conversations and equally comfortable driving the details of execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder skills, with the ability to align diverse teams and keep multiple initiatives moving in parallel.
