- Manage and translate customer requirements into architectural solutions for the NLT Telecom Transformation initiative.
- Responsible for the conceptualization, design, and governance of complex technical and functional solutions across integrated application landscapes.
- Oversee the technical roadmap, ensuring continuous evolution of solutions to support crossfunctional operational processes.
- Demonstrate strong domain expertise in Oracle OSM/UIM and Workforce Management / Field Service Management systems.

- Demonstrated OSS/BSS domain expertise in telecom transformation initiatives.
- Capable of independently owning technical design and architectural decisions for complex business solutions.
- Extensive experience in designing, analyzing, configuring, and developing applications, along with integrating COTS platforms including Oracle OSM, UIM, MetaSolv, OSS Smart, and Workforce Management solutions for telecom operators.
Skills which are good to have
- Strong understanding of infrastructure aspects of technical solutions, including storage, platforms, and middleware components.
- Good knowledge of solution design considerations related to load balancing and disaster recovery.
- Hands-on experience integrating applications using multiple mechanisms, including APIs (SOAP/REST), file-based integrations (SFTP, FTAM, S3 triggers), messaging platforms (SQS, AMQ, Kafka, Kinesis), and databases (Oracle, MySQL, DynamoDB).
