Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Delivery
- Drive application initiatives across the full lifecycle: requirements, solutioning, build, testing, deployment, and support
- Translate business needs into scalable, practical solutions
- Remain hands-on when needed (e.g., issue analysis, validation, release support)
- Ensure delivery meets scope, timeline, and quality expectations
Business & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with business users to gather and refine requirements
- Act as the key interface between business, technical teams, and vendors
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations
Project & Vendor Coordination
- Manage project plans, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives
- Work closely with vendors on solution delivery, evaluation, and performance tracking
- Support procurement processes (e.g., ITQ/RFP, proposal evaluation)
Application Support & Improvement
- Oversee system enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation
- Ensure SLA adherence and system stability
- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with governance standards
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in techno-functional roles across BA, delivery, and application support
- Strong understanding of SDLC, with exposure to both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft stack, including .NET / .NET Core, IIS, and MS SQL (T-SQL)
- Exposure to:
- CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce)
- Low-code platforms (e.g., Outsystems)
- Data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
- Automation/RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath)
- Comfortable operating across both functional and technical areas
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience
- Good problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
