Senior Technician

Job Description:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, refrigerators, ice makers, dishwashers, etc.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and safety checks on kitchen systems
• Respond promptly to service calls and provide excellent customer support
• Document all service activities, repairs, and parts used in detailed reports

Job Requirements:

• Minimum O-Level qualification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently
