Job Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems
- Liaise with clients on service and maintenance matters
- Lead and guide a team of technicians on daily operations
- Support supervisor in planning and assigning service tasks
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance and service works
- Manage client expectations and maintain good customer relationships
- Ensure all works comply with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations
- Assist with any other technical duties when required
Requirements
- Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in security systems
- Hands-on experience with CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have own vehicle
