Senior Technician - Electrical

- Support the Operation and Maintenance department as part of the technical team, handling troubleshooting for both public and private project sites.

. Assist the Lead Electrical Engineer and Senior Maintenance Engineer by attending to site issues as the first point of contact.

. Lead a small team of maintenance technicians in troubleshooting, especially for electrical-related problems, and provide hands-on training on basic fault diagnosis.

. Act as the initial point of contact for clients on site issues, and relay relevant information to senior engineers or maintenance managers.

. Collect and report technical data to support senior engineers and managers indecision-making.

. Monitor and track parts replacement activities at HDB sites using service reports.

. Coordinate and work with subcontractors on approved site work activities.
