Job Description:
Identify and qualify potential customers, then reach out to them (via phone, LinkedIn, or email) to schedule face-to-face meetings for introductions or sales presentations.
Deliver professional support to both existing and prospective clients by using a consultative approach and recommending suitable company products or services through cross-selling or up-selling.
Build and sustain strong, long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor by continually sharing updates on new offerings, proposing innovative solutions, and providing consistent pre- and post-sales assistance to ensure their expectations are met.
Maintain solid technical expertise to confidently engage in business and engineering discussions with clients from various sectors, jointly developing practical solutions to address any technical or engineering challenges during the sales process.
Demonstrate critical thinking and propose improvements that could reduce costs and ultimately bring value to clients.
Create and/or tailor presentations and supporting materials that clearly communicate product features and practical technical solutions for customers and prospects.
Oversee customer accounts throughout the entire sales cycle-from prospecting and business development to closing deals and offering ongoing post-sales support.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration or any related fields.
Minimum 3 years of Sales Engineer / Project experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
