We are a Singapore-established recruitment agency with 35 years of market presence, looking for an experienced Tech Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

If you are commercially sharp, confident in bringing in new clients, and take ownership of your numbers we want to speak with you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Running a full 360 recruitment desk (business development + candidate delivery)
• Building and developing new client relationships within the tech space
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Negotiating terms and closing placements
• Taking accountability for revenue targets and desk growth
• Collaborating with a supportive team to maximize market opportunities

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a 360 recruiter (agency experience preferred)
• Strong business development capability and client acquisition track record
• Self-driven, accountable, and performance-oriented
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Deep interest or experience in tech hiring
